While I don’t like everything about the book it is hands down some of the best relationship and parenting advice I’ve received.

When I first came across Shefali Tsabary, I walked around in awe for a couple of days, because I could not believe I finally found someone to speak so eloquently about Vipassana applied to every day life. She is so sharp and clear in conveying her message, truly a gift to this world!
I didn't rate the story for this book as 5 because I didn't find a lot of new ideas as compared to the previous materials I have been exposed to. But if this is your first encounter with her, please go ahead and get this book now :)
