The final installment of the Rondo trilogy, The Battle for Rondo, is an action-packed fantasy about two courageous kid warriors, led by Leo and Mimi, who once again rise up against the evil Blue Queen and try to defeat her diabolical plan to take over Rondo and turn its people into robots. Leo and Mimi get much-needed assistance from a solid crew of witches and wizards as they wage war on the Blue Queen - and her powerful dragon.
Australian Edwina Wren narrates this imaginative, high-adventure audiobook with a gentle pace.

Although I liked the first two Rondo books, I was disappointed with this one. It just went on and on and on without seeming to go anywhere, and I finally turned it off without finishing it.The reader and sound editing was, frankly, awful. She read too slowly in places, some of her characterizations were downright annoying, and mouth-noises and pauses were not edited out.
Perhaps a different performer could have made a difference, but three quarters of the way through, I found myself not caring HOW it ended as long as it ended.
