Nice reference book for improving communication
This book is an easy listen. The author provides clear and concise ways to improve communication. I like the easy to use suggestions and there isn't a lot of repetition. Unlike a lot of self help books the author doesn't say the same thing 10 different ways.
There is a lot of information but, this is a good reference book. If there are specific situations where you need to improve the way you communicate, this books might have an answer for you.

I would still want to purchase this book because it could be helpful in a lot of situations where you might not know the most effective way to communicate.
