I recommend it.
An excellent book is very good at learning to develop skills to detect when a person is trying to manipulate them psychologically or emotionally. The author seems to me to be a master of this subject.

Wonderful.
This is a useful tool to recognize when someone is attempting to manipulate you and how to counter or even reverse their attempt. I'm going to enjoy listening this book.
