After the Control Wears You Down, Pick this Up
To start it is an honor to be the first to review this book on audible. The information in this book has a profound basis that is revolutionary to the world of life coaches and self-help models that have been prepackaged for sale in the recent years. Upon my research into my own personal self help journey a comment from someone during one of my “stay in control of myself” moments thrust me in the direction of investigating how we blame. I will admit in the beginning chapters those of you that have a burning desire to rush to the “how do I do this” portion of the book will be very tempted to do so. Please Don’t! This author lays a foundation for his works and brings the whole package together nicely at the end. I admire this man’s work and teachings. This is a must read book if you are on a self- help journey for you or others you may know.
