It provides solutions, as well as prevention, through a valuable and practical checklist. While listening, I felt like my stuffy mind was gradually being organized. It was like a spring to me, who was already exhausted, about the unnecessary things in life, how to find balance amidst the stress of repetitive work and life, and how to establish such a mindset. The author spares no advice on how to escape the vicious cycle. You can feel yourself calmly recovering from fatigue by following the steps suggested by the author. Your mind becomes free, and your body gains energy through the guide. If you have been knocked down by stress and burnout, you should listen to this. I am confident in the changes and effects I felt.
