It was cute, clever, lite and even funny at times but too short for the price point. And not a lot of twists and turns... If they packaged the books in a set that would be worthwhile.

cute but...

The characters of Nancy Springers series are so vividly described I felt as if I could not only see them but almost physically sense their presence as Enola reacted to them and Katherine Kellgren performed all their voices with the varied genders and class and place specific accents superbly like a one woman radio show. It’s like being transported to 19th century England while I load my dishwasher!

Elaborately described characters and brilliant voice performance of those characters
