A delightful listen

THE Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce do a delightful job of bringing Holmes and Watson to life. These radio dramas are not direct retellings of Conan Doyle's writing but are great interpretations. The recording is old but the quality is good. I had these on tape decades ago and am thrilled to get them on my hard drive! There are a lot of stories in these series and you can't go wrong picking any of them for an entertaining listen. At the price - get them all! I won't describe the stories but almost every one in the series has been well written.

Great mystery

This was a great book/story in the “Sherlock” style. I wish the sound quality had been better.

A Great Show

Basil Rathbone, & Nigel Bruce are at their best.
Excellent origin story in the first episode as to why Holmes retires as a bee farmer in Sussex.
