Loved this box set!!

I loved this series!! The narrators really brought this to life.
The Chase Vol. 1- Dean Chase is a hot shot lawyer and man whore extraordinaire. He loves women and the thrill of the chase and he has 735 notches on his belt to prove it.

Dean wants one night and nothing else until he meets Blaire Parker at the grocery store.

Blair isn't like his other conquests. She is confident, funny, smart mouthed and has no problem turning him on and then turning him down! His charm doesn't work on her.

Will Dean be able to change his ways and convince Blair to be notch number 736 or will he want her to be more than just a notch?

The Chase Vol. 2- The Chase 2 pulled at my heart strings. In this volume, we get a look into Deans past and see what made him the man he is. Dean's high school sweetheart, Katherine, really did a number on him. You will hurt for Dean. Dean and Blair's chemistry is as intense as ever. He is warring with himself over Trent's proposal to ruin Blair. You will not believe the bombshell that was discovered at the end of this book. Jessica Wood is a genius! I can't wait to see how it's all going to play out!

The Chase Vol. 3- ****This review may contain spoilers****
What is not to love about this book. Dean Chase is just so yum! He has a dirty, flirty mouth, but is oh so sweet. Blair finally let's him in completely when she realizes just what he has done for her by standing up to her brother.

Both Blair and Dean realize that they love each other. Dean plans to tell her just how he feels about her at a special dinner date he has planned.

Blair meets with her half-sister, Katherine, and is so excited to have a big sister to share things with. When telling her sister about Dean, she reveals that she is in love with Dean. Imagine Katherine's surprise when she hears Dean's last name. After that, Katherine is more than anxious to "meet" her sister's man. (Evil witch!!!)

You have got to read this book to see how it all turns out! Will Dean get to surprise Blair with a romantic dinner, or will they both get an unexpected surprise?

The Chase Vol. 4- What a great end to this series. Dean Chase is finally in love after 10 years of just using women. He was ready to tell Blair how he feels about her and bam, Katherine aka. the blonde bitch, does everything she can to tear them apart so she can get her hooks back into Dean. Thanks to Trent and their father, we find out just how vindictive and what a liar Katherine is. Will this new insight be enough for Blair to get over the hurt and betrayal she feels over Dean and Katherine's past, or will Dean lose the one woman who was able to heal his broke heart? Get ready for a roller-coaster of emotions as you read then ending to the Chase!

Great if you dont care for a story but ton of sex

What disappointed you about The Chase: The Complete Series Box Set (The Chase, Volumes 1 - 4)?

The story was week. The last 2 hours is the only part with actual content besides awkward sex that is repetitive with terminology.

Would you ever listen to anything by Jessica Wood and Lynn Barrington again?

Yes, They did a good job with narration.

Did James Kavanaugh do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Yes, the characters were done well and each were different in their voice, tone and speed.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

I felt like the Dean's character was to naive and the relationship was not realistic. Everyone loves a good story with detailed intercourse but only with a strong story line.

Any additional comments?

Read if you must but trust me when I say you will survive to pass over this book.
