AWFUL Narrator on The Power of the Blood-Regret it
The collection is 25 hours for three books. It began with "The Power of the Blood" title. At the end of every sentence, the accent makes it sound like the man needs to have a bowel movement. I doubt he can possibly be a native English language speaker.I suspect he is from Amsterdam. I kept turning up the speed of the narrative till I got to 1.7x. It helped but after a few hours of listening, I still found the narrator irritating. I have hundreds of books in my collection and have never returned one. I did return this one. I don't like returning anything but this narrator bothered my badly. I hope this helps someone.
