Fantasic!
Wow. I really needed this audiobook! Lately, I have been feeling stuck, but I had no idea why. This audiobook gave me insights into possible causes and the tools to work through them at my own pace in my own home. I had so many lightbulb moments as I did the exercises, and I kept thinking to myself, "Wow, this is powerful!" A free PDF of the workbook was very helpful and made it easy to follow. I'm so happy I found it, and would definitely recommend it to others!

Awesome workbook with great background info.
"The Complete Shadow Work Workbook" by Kristin Gurley is mostly a book of exercises that help listeners face their hidden fears and build up a bit of self-love. That said, it also offers insight into the nature of the shadow self, so it's more than JUST a workbook as far as I'm concerned. That said, it's primarily designed for the listener to participate, not just listen.
The exercises and prompts are well thought out. I found that many of them really allowed me to cut through a lot of the junk that was in the way to see what's really going on in the "depths," so to speak. Of course, that's not necessarily comforting, but it IS certainly constructive. Honestly, it can help you find answers when few other things will.
As a workbook, the inclusion of a free PDF version is super helpful. Some people may prefer just the audio version (I did), but others may want to follow along with the narration in the print version, and Gurley anticipated this. As a package, this audio workbook has a really nice balance of practice (exercises/reflection) and theory (preliminary/contextual material). I give it a strong 5 stars. It should help all listeners with the desire to cut through their own inner obstacles to getting themselves in order. Very well done!
