Fantasic!
Wow. I really needed this audiobook! Lately, I have been feeling stuck, but I had no idea why. This audiobook gave me insights into possible causes and the tools to work through them at my own pace in my own home. I had so many lightbulb moments as I did the exercises, and I kept thinking to myself, "Wow, this is powerful!" A free PDF of the workbook was very helpful and made it easy to follow. I'm so happy I found it, and would definitely recommend it to others!

This book is transformative and empowering.
I found this book a powerful tool for anyone on a journey of personal growth. The exercises have helped me to reflect and look at elements of my life that I have somehow try to not face. I really appreciate that it not only promotes self love but it offers practical steps to manifest your dream life. The narration is clear and engaging I strongly recommend it.

An incredible resource for anyone ready to confront their hidden fears and unresolved emotions! This audiobook is a transformative guide with comprehensive tools that guide you through self-discovery and healing of the shadow self. I enjoyed the expertly designed exercises and reflective prompts that made the process feel engaging and impactful. Awesome workbook with great background info.
"The Complete Shadow Work Workbook" by Kristin Gurley is mostly a book of exercises that help listeners face their hidden fears and build up a bit of self-love. That said, it also offers insight into the nature of the shadow self, so it's more than JUST a workbook as far as I'm concerned. That said, it's primarily designed for the listener to participate, not just listen.
The exercises and prompts are well thought out. I found that many of them really allowed me to cut through a lot of the junk that was in the way to see what's really going on in the "depths," so to speak. Of course, that's not necessarily comforting, but it IS certainly constructive. Honestly, it can help you find answers when few other things will.
As a workbook, the inclusion of a free PDF version is super helpful. Some people may prefer just the audio version (I did), but others may want to follow along with the narration in the print version, and Gurley anticipated this. As a package, this audio workbook has a really nice balance of practice (exercises/reflection) and theory (preliminary/contextual material). I give it a strong 5 stars. It should help all listeners with the desire to cut through their own inner obstacles to getting themselves in order. Very well done!

A great educational listen on becoming the best version of yourself. The workbook audiobook is packed full of fantastic information throughout. Stands out from the competition with it's highly detailed information and great valuable insight all the way through. Very well done. Highly recommend.

Unlocking shadows to get to light
There is a famous quote that goes something like “at the other end of your fears are your dreams,” I’m paraphrasing but that was the crux of the message. And it is so true. Once you really dive deep into the subconscious and painful patterns that are controlling your life then you can start to heal old issues and start projecting better surroundings into your environment. And shadow work is a great place to start and it’s so great that it’s becoming almost a trend in spiritual and self-help circles. Kristin Gurley adds to this incredible trend by offering a unique approach to shadow work that places a heavy focus on GUIDING the listener through many of the practices so that nothing is left to conjecture. This was probably my favorite part of the audiobook (also comes with PDF ebook, which was incredibly helpful), along with the exercises that increase intelligence-the emotional kind! Because emotional intelligence is something that is so overlooked but is developed by understanding oneself and healing old wounds, this is what makes this title so effective.
