Fantastic!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is laid out well and provides an excellent guide for everything, including your breathing. The audiobook comes with access to a free pdf so I did not feel confused about any of the exercises as the diagrams were still available. As someone who thrives on guided programs, the 4-week wall pilates was ideal.

Love this!
Even though I still think I can knock out a super intense workout, reality is that I have to be more gentle on this post menopausal body. This book is excellent because it gives you doable anywhere exercises that don't stress out your system and all you need is a wall and your own body for resistance. Love this so much! and you really don't need to be a senior to do these. Everyone needs less stress on their body and this is the book to show you how. Get it!

Low impact can yield high results
I have been looking for all sorts of things that I can do with my mom to help her with her mobility and stability. She had some health issues the last few years, which have had a significant impact on her body. recently, she has fallen more and more, and she is retreating from doing things because it's too much walking and hurts her back. So we started out with chair yoga, which she has been doing great with, but then I wanted to get her up and doing exercises, so finding a book for wall pilates has been awesome. The exercises are simple and low impact for anyone who may have some physical restrictions. The author is very clear on how to complete the exercises, and I like that there is a plan in place to continue to increase the exercises. I enjoyed the chair yoga with my mom so I think we are really going to enjoy the wall pilates exercises
