Maintain the strength
This is a great book, especially since I take care of my grandpa who’s 80 and other older folks. It's got over 50 easy exercises that are just right for seniors to keep active without hurting their joints. The book explains things simple and has pictures, all checked by health pros, which makes it really reliable. I really like the short workouts and the part about keeping your brain sharp too—it’s exactly what we need to keep both body and mind in good shape. Fantastic!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is laid out well and provides an excellent guide for everything, including your breathing. The audiobook comes with access to a free pdf so I did not feel confused about any of the exercises as the diagrams were still available. As someone who thrives on guided programs, the 4-week wall pilates was ideal.

Love this!
Even though I still think I can knock out a super intense workout, reality is that I have to be more gentle on this post menopausal body. This book is excellent because it gives you doable anywhere exercises that don't stress out your system and all you need is a wall and your own body for resistance. Love this so much! and you really don't need to be a senior to do these. Everyone needs less stress on their body and this is the book to show you how. Get it!
