I need more of these wonderfully descriptive book. They are captivating and takes me in my minds eye as to seeing each scene as it unfolds.

I think the book itself would be good, but the audible version isn't so great. The narrator sounds like a robot. I tried to tough it out, but I couldn't make it to the end of the book.

The Concubine and Her Vampires
Loved the idea of blood demons born to be concubines for vampires, since they can be fed from without the fear of being turned. I mean who wouldn't wanna be a concubine for five sizzling vampires.

The Human and Her Vampires
Love how the author allows for Tawne's fears and doubts to get into her head to the point to where she has to fight them herself.

The Demon and Her Vampires
I loved this book, the author captivated me from the beginning and had me sitting on the edge of my seat til the end. There is plenty of excitement throughout the entire story and you will not be sorry that you choose to read/listen to this
This author always does an amazing job at keeping me entertained with her amazing stories and characters, and the narrator did a great job.

I really cant enjoy this. I tried looking for reviews and Im certain they had to be deleted. The narrator was awful and the story is too cringe for me. Either its just flying through the scenes or something I don't know but it's horrible.

I purchased this back in early 2024. I have tried 3 times to get passed chapter 8, it has yet to happen. It has taken me a long time to figure out why it is bothering me. In no particular order
The narrators, doesn't speak like anyone from Louisiana.
The verbiage keeps flipping from historical to urban.
The story lines is what I was hoping for but I just have to shelve it at book 1 chaper 9 and call it a lose.

3 Times, I have tried to get through it.
