Informative

If you are an IT this would be a good audio to recommend to your bosses so they can have an idea of all the thinks you are trying to protect them from. You will not become a hacker, it's more of a "see what's out there" kind of audio book. Well done

Absolutely not for geeks or powered users

Knew absolutely nothing new from this book. The book has several controversial points.
Some parts has strongly USA bias not useful for foreigners.

good information but my sole complaint is the narrators whistling s sound escaping his teeth as he makes s sounds and says the letter c. if you can get passed that then go ahead and give it a 4 or 5 rating.

Introductory....

As expected
... a great starting point to understand risks at a very high level. Very simple to fllow, for the most part. Reading performance was annoying in skme pronunciations ("pro-grum" cs. "pro- graham", for me).

Not relevant

Book released 2015, but the content is at least 5 years old and US centric. Mainly focused on social security numbers.

Check the date of hacking books first

I was wondering why this felt dated then I realised I hadnct checked the date. A book about hacking written in 2015 but read in 2019 is probably going to be a few points light. We easy read for non techncal people but I think it needs a new edition. Probably not for you if you are technical.
