Have a Healthier Sleep Routine

I’ve struggled with insomnia for years. I would always get into bed and then have my mind racing thinking about all sorts of different things, driving myself crazy really. I was constantly waking up feeling exhausted and like I hadn’t slept at all. The guided meditations and positive affirmations in this book help me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I finally wake up feeling refreshed and well-rested. It’s made a big difference in my energy levels and overall productivity.

From light to heavy sleeper

As someone who tosses and turns, it’s always a treat to dive into something that will aid in better sleep. I was using Youtube, but darn, those ads can really wake you up, lol! So I’ve started to use audiobooks to help with sleep and use guided meditations and lush soundscapes to drift off. Sandra Love does not disappoint and gives listen a gigantic library of affirmations and compassionate words to sink into your subconscious and empower you. There are many hypnosis techniques delivered here that are are to have even the lightest sleeper drift off into a lovely slumber.

Super Fantastic

Amazing book! My area of interest was always in mind conscious and subconsciousness so I welcome topics like these. Deep Sleep Hypnosis carries insightful and deep healing strategies to make one feel relaxed and stress free. Such a good listening.

A Relaxing Way to Finally Get a Good Night’s Sleep

I’ve always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, so I was excited to give The Deep Sleep Hypnosis a try. I’m happy to say it really helped me unwind and quiet my mind before bed. The author’s calming voice and soothing suggestions made it easier for me to let go of the stress of the day and actually relax.

Finally i'm sleeping well!

I’ve struggled with insomnia and overthinking for many years, but this book really helped!. super interesting
