Detective Inspector Michael Angel and his team are desperately searching for a murderer dressed in a dog collar. Mystified, Angel is unable to determine whether the murderer is a crazed priest or a man in priest’s clothes. Usually the lead detective has something about them you enjoy. Not so here. A bit too old school for my liking. And his boss was terrible to listen to. He was portrayed as having a really bad cold, so spluttering away when talking with blocked nose. Jonathan Keeble is a brilliant actor/reader but the story let this one down.
