The Dr. Formulated Diet Bundle
I am 45 and dealing with a lot of metabolism problems. It's driving me crazy at this point. I will try anything at this point. Definitely will be trying these methods out. I am feeling stuck right now and maybe this audiobook might help. If you are looking to improve your overall health, and belly fat, and kick this metabolism into gear then I recommend this audio. After listening to this audiobook, I feel really motivated.

Flat bellys assemble!
Dr. Amanda Borre DC is at it again and this time has compiled a collection of two of her groundbreaking flat-belly-inducing fitness bibles into one for the listener to enjoy on the go. Not only are these effective weight loss secrets from a DR, but they are also pragmatic and useful, without the listener having to starve themselves for days on end to see results. I’d just like to say, thank you thank you thank you for delivering all of this information on sodium and how it affects the shape of your body. My gosh, this was such a revelation to me and I am excited to really monitor sodium instead of basically just ignore it. I have always noticed that too much sodium REALLY affects me but I did not know to what end. So I am delighted to have listened to this title even just for the tips and tricks alone. But this is so much more then just a little change in diet, this is a change towards a much healthier (and slimmer) lifestyle. Thank you to the author for putting this together.
