About this listen

Discovered by a collector of rare books, this manuscript is assumed to be the fictional account of one man's search for his uncle, who was a well-respected professor before his own search for God led him down a dark rabbit hole. In that hole, he didn't find a benevolent, loving Father, but an ancient evil. Worse, the world's political and religious powers not only know about this dark thing, they may have sided with it! Let's hope this is only fiction - for all of our sakes!

A man on his quest to find his uncle, left with only the items he left behind. The quest at the beginning seems simple enough but there so many twists and dark alleys awaiting him. You very quickly find yourself contemplating the things around you seeing things differently as you follow him. Reminiscent to H.P. Lovecraft but with a voice all of his own, A.M.F. paints a world you are not sure if you are living in and hoping it is fictional.

Graydon Schlichter does a fantastic job narrating this story, breathing life into this story in ways that drawl you in closer, even when you don't want to be. There are special effects that also will take you by surprise and send chills through you. He has a voice that is easy to relate to, almost like a friend you have known your whole life.

This audiobook is not very long, but dang is it packed with story! =) Well done!

A Quest that lingers after you listen.
