Help me an ENFP Understand my reasons for mental pain and extreme joy 1,000 times a day.
This book wasn’t exactly what I expected and used the F word which I get, but could have done without as now I can’t recommend this book to my Christian friends. Listening to this book has been extremely helpful. I can’t explain the feeling of learning how to avoid things that make my life more difficult than it should be. Also learning about other people with the same personality type have succeeded, struggled, and failed helps me to push on with a different view to life and people with conflicting personalities. Thanks !!! Also I’m in loads of debt lol but I am taking on my bad habits with a vengeance and nothing can stop me when make up my mind. I would actually love more books from you on specific topics for ENFP types. You did a fantastic job. And again thanks.

A must listen for ENFP‘s
This is an excellent book. I’m a great believer in the value of understanding yourself. I’ve read a few books on ENFP‘s many are great at digging into how your mind works strengths and weaknesses. This book is much more about exploring outside yourself to create opportunities, and happiness as an ENFP related to lifestyle, relationships, and professional life.
I really enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it.

The best ENFP book out there!
This is a great listen. The content is helpful and motivating. It’s written well and narrated well. Dan is funny and the content is high quality. I highly recommend for any ENFP or any NF for that matter.
It’s a book worth finishing which is saying something for an ENFP.
Enjoy!

I think highlighted half the book.
Being an ENFP with ADHD, I got this on Audible to follow along on my Kindle scribe... The quantity and QUALITY of notes, quotes and anecdotes that I have saved is wild. Dan packed book is packed with his infamous mindset altering life coach wisdom, mingled with his humor and... occasional - "omg I can't believe he out this in a book" - sense of humor.. What an absolute gem. Absolutely worth re-reading/relistening to. And the audio book bonus content is AWESOME. (bonus points for his Canadian accent that comes through on the word "because") The extras in the audio verso made me feel even more connected with Dan, as if we were having a private coaching call where he tells me the down low. I could not recommend this book, Dan's courses, and all his other content enough.

So much to love about this book! Radical self-acceptance!!
Absolutely love this book! All ENFPs must listen (or read)! I couldn’t stop listening! Love the narration, his personality, the honesty, and even the little side-bars of extras that are not in the book. It was like a conversation or a podcast. Because of this book, I have looked into keto and have already listened to two of the recommended keto books. It is already changing my life and my mental outlook! I plan to listen again and again! Amazing job on this!!
