You dental hygienist and doctor will love you!
This audiobook is your one stop shop to everything you need to know about oral health including all of the benefits and all of the drawbacks and also how to improve it.
I didn't realize how connected our bodies are in terms of overall health and longevity. It turns out that even the smallest things like not brushing your teeth twice a day, not flossing, and not using mouthwash can have such drastic consequences down the line. Some effects immediate and some in later life, but it is reassuring that following the basics like the 3 actions above + brushing your tongue and having minimum bi-yearly checkups do most of the heavy lifting in terms of maintaining your oral health. Along with a balanced nutritious diet and exercise.
I'd recommend this audiobook if you're curious about just how important maintaining your oral health is and how even the seemingly smallest actions can have huge benefits on your overall health.

Wow! So much great information!
This book provides a refreshing perspective on the importance of oral hygiene for overall well-being. It really highlights the intricate link between oral health and physical and mental wellness, offering practical advice for maintaining a healthy mouth and body.
I love this book’s approach. I knew that taking care of my teeth was important, but I didn’t realize how important! There were several instances when I went, “oh my gosh, I had no idea!” For instance, I didn’t know that after you get out of a pool, you should wait an hour before you brush your teeth, and that green tea was good for your gums and teeth! It also made me go, okay, I really need to step up my flossing (increases your life expectancy) and mouthwash game. I also knew that sugars were bad for you, but I didn’t realize how eating other healthy foods are not only good for my stomach and the rest of my body, but good for my oral health.
I have to say that this an invaluable resource for anyone interested in achieving wellness through proper oral care. I highly recommend it for its insights and actionable tips.

very practical
i just finished listening to it and i was kinda surprised. i never thought brushing my teeth had so much to do with staying healthy. it's not just about avoiding cavities. there's a whole bunch of stuff about how taking care of your mouth can actually keep your whole body feeling good. i gotta say, some parts made me wanna run to the bathroom and brush my teeth right away. now i know that something as simple as flossing can help me not get sick as often. definitely makes me think twice about skipping brushing before bed.

Some Good Advice
"The Easy Steps to a Sane Body Through a Healthy Mouth" has some practical advice for good oral hygiene. The only advice I did not agree with was the suggestion to use mouthwash on a daily basis, especially the less natural options that you get at the supermarket. However, everything else Viniz suggests is pretty sound and would benefit anyone struggling with oral health issues.
