Highly Sensitive People - The must have guide
The book is focused on young adults and the way to navigate complex situations in life
The book is well structured and touches on many important issues experienced by young people. I particularly like the chapter 6 in which the author is giving practical guidance for potential careers ( pick a career) and then the chapter giving practical suggestions how to avoid information overwhelm. The book also has very useful, practical advice and guiding journaling prompts.
My genuine surprise and learning was discovering and naming individual attitude like “catastrophizing “and “personalization” which actually has helped me to realise some of behaviors I was practicing in the pas t and definitely help recognize some patterns in other people. Finally the chapter for food and metal health is something I am going to implement and modify my eating routines.
This is a must read for people with HSP who would like to turn their sensitivity into a source of strength and empowerment. It not a one time read but more like a ”bible” which has to be in your pocket at all times.
Highly recommend not only for young adults but for all sensitive people.

Leverage your sensitivity :)
I've learned that being highly sensitive isn't just a trait but a gift. I love how the author shows the intersection of high sensitivity with neurodivergence - I have a new perspective of myself as someone with ADHD - less as burdened and more as uniquely equipped. What really resonated with me was feeling equipped with confidence at work and especially in personal relationships. The author and warm narration encourages you to leverage your sensitivity as a strength rather than shy away from it. This bundle helped me reshape my mindset and find self-love after years of putting myself down for being fragile (hypersensitive). I've wanted to teach my kids how to become emotionally resilient, and this audiobook gives a lot of opportunities for growth and success!

Fantastic books!
I’ve never read or thought of books about highly sensitive people before and I thought they were great!
If you are a person that is prone to being sensitive these books are perfect for you. They go over how you may be feeling and the difference in your feelings than other people. Then they teach you what to do with those feelings so they don’t swallow you up.
I love that it’s a bundle as well! Great books.
