Encouraging and uplifting
I like this author's positive outlook on this issue. The author doesn't beat you up for being a naturally more sensitive person but encourages you to use that attribute in a positive way. And the positive affirmations were great. They were so empowering. I'm always amazed by how much of a difference it makes when you spend your time in encouraging and uplifting words.

Incredibly valuable book!
Wow! This book is so valuable - I have already recommended it to 5 people! I've learned that being highly sensitive isn't just a trait but a gift. I love how the author shows the intersection of high sensitivity with neurodivergence - I have a new perspective of myself as someone with ADHD - less as burdened and more as uniquely equipped. What really resonated with me was feeling equipped with confidence at work and especially in personal relationships. The author and warm narration encourages you to leverage your sensitivity as a strength rather than shy away from it. This bundle helped me reshape my mindset and find self-love after years of putting myself down for being fragile (hypersensitive). Fantastic books!
I’ve never read or thought of books about highly sensitive people before and I thought they were great!
If you are a person that is prone to being sensitive these books are perfect for you. They go over how you may be feeling and the difference in your feelings than other people. Then they teach you what to do with those feelings so they don’t swallow you up.
I love that it’s a bundle as well! Great books.
