Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Learning about me and we
My husband and I have been together since we were 18, and obviously, we’ve both grown and changed a lot over the years. Relationships take work, and understanding who we are as individuals is just as important as understanding who we are as a couple. This book really helped me see why we think and react so differently sometimes. Learning about our Enneagram types is giving me a whole new perspective on our relationship.

Eye-Opening Insights into Personality and Relation
I’ve always been curious about the Enneagram, but this book took my understanding to a whole new level. It helped me recognize patterns in my own behavior and improve how I communicate with others. The relationship insights were especially helpful—I can already see a difference in how I interact with friends and family. The shadow work section made me reflect on areas for personal growth in a way that felt empowering. Highly recommend for anyone looking to deepen self-awareness!

A good tool for better self-awareness
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this audiobook gave me a lot to think about. It helped me notice patterns in how I react to things and why I approach relationships the way I do. The way it broke things down made it easy to connect the dots without feeling overwhelmed. Some parts hit close to home, and I found myself pausing to reflect. It’s not a quick fix, but it’s definitely a good starting point for anyone wanting to understand themselves better.

Finding My Inner Compass
I always felt like I was guessing at people. I wanted to understand why I did things. Why others acted a certain way. I stumbled upon this book. It promised to help me understand myself and others. I was hopeful. I wanted to feel less lost. I wanted to find my inner compass.
The second part of the book really got to me. It talked about the nine types. I started to see myself in one of them. It felt like someone had written my story. I saw my fears and my desires. It was a bit scary. I am now trying to use this knowledge. I see my reactions in a new light. I am trying to understand them. I am trying to be kinder to myself. I am trying to understand the people around me. This book helps me.
I remember listening to the book during my morning walks. The narrator's voice was clear and gentle. It made the hard parts easier to hear. I felt like I was talking to a friend. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
