About this listen

The Holy Spirit Wants to Work Through You!

Because of division over these controversial questions, many Christians have embraced a major deception about the Holy Spirit - that he is no longer powerfully at work in the world today.

Randy Clark has been an eyewitness to the miraculous work of the Holy Spirit, and a key participant in watching him powerfully transform lives across the Earth. This easy-to-understand guide equips everyday believers to understand and activate the Spirit's power in their lives today.

The Essential Guide to the Power of the Holy Spirit will help you:

  • Discover the gifts of the Holy Spirit that are still in operation and available to you today
  • Recognize an authentic move of God in your church, community, and life
  • Understand how miracles, signs, and wonders play a key role in you sharing the Gospel

To fulfill your destiny, you must unlock the power of the Holy Spirit in your life. He is God on the Earth, and he wants to use you to release his kingdom today!

A very studious and Biblical look into the Holy Spirit

I found this book to be exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a great guide to the move of Holy Spirit the historical and deeply Biblical references will without a doubt continue to inspire and embolden my spirit.

Good info, needs better references

I liked the book, but it is severely lacking in references. Stating something as fact doesn’t make it so, please provide references.

Example 1: it is true that non-Christians can speak in tongues. … I’m where is that derived from?

Example 2: the story of the dr that saw miracles then became a believer … could we get a name or a reference that this came from?

Example 3: people from other religions don’t believe the Bible when it is preached alone, there has to be works (implied miracles). … actually I don’t need a reference to this one. It’s just plain wrong. There’s power in the word of God. They don’t need ‘help’ to get the message across.

Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

The Gospel alone, not the Gospel ‘and’.

Read It

The narrator was a bit mechanical for a message that was on fire!

GOD IS NOT DEAD nor has He changed. He is still doing miracles today. A must read.

Worth reading whether a skeptic or charismatic

Many have given a critique of the worship in “charismatic” meetings but few have done the research offered to us by Randy Clark. Probing both the text of Scripture and the annals of church history, paying careful attention to America’s First Great Awakening, the author offers compelling evidence that the “weird manifestations” seen in Pentecostal/Charismatic worship happened in that period as well. Special interest to the uninformed skeptic will be that members of Reformed Theologian and revivalist Jonathan Edwards’ own family we’re so overcome by the Holy Spirit that they had to be carried out of church services.

This work is worthy of the attention of anyone who truly wants to better understand if revivals like Pensacola or Toronto are truly a product of the Holy Spirit. I hope you take the time to consider both the reports from history and the testimony of Scripture offered by Dr. Clark.
