About this listen
AS AN EXPAT, HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH UNFAMILIAR SITUATIONS AND PLACES AND NAVIGATE LIFE ALL OVER AGAIN?
For Jovelle, this is a constant cycle in her life as an expat. This book will reveal the life lessons of an expat who lived and worked in five countries and traveled in fifty of them. Those life lessons came from extraordinary but true experiences.
Whether you are an expat or not, your core values may be challenged, or you may feel alienated.
This is the only book that starts with the story about the Nude Guy and ends with The Foreplay! Filled with humor and insights, Jovelle lets us know how it feels to be a fish out of water and how she managed to overcome it.
In this book, you will become the real best version of yourself by:
• Prioritizing what matters most
• Continuing to define yourself
• Letting go
You will benefit from the life lessons of a million miler.
THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!

Don't Bother
Could not complete the book. It was free and I want a refund of my wasted time. This book has nothing to do with being an expat. It's stories that the author believes show her versatility as a traveler, when in fact it's the opposite. Apparently the author is a very uptight traveling physician and has lost touch with the reality that most of the world experiences. Stories are involving spas, first class flights, airport lounges, buffets with chefs, meeting Patrick Dempsey, numerous 5 star hotels, being told not to roll down her window by her personal driver. The book promised extraordinary experiences but were just eye rolling tales of not preparing, adapting, or overcoming adversities. It would be one thing if she acknowledged her upscale lifestyle and used the experiences to become more humbled. Nope, EVERYTHING revolves around her fear and panic yet declines to diagnose herself with Anxiety despite her training. She kept labeling herself as not booshie but this book should be titled. The Irrational Panic Attacks of a Million Miler Booshie B**ch.
The narration is via AI. I've had three separate books narrated by the same AI and it will repeat sentences periodically and seem to leave off the ending of some sentences. Please continue to employ live trained narrators.
