Never understood this spiritual truth

I had never understood the spiritual truth of fathering and mothering in our Christian faith. As I listened to Greg talk about the importance of having a good spiritual father or mother and being a good father or mother, so many gaps in my Christian faith became filled and the roots of the issues in my own spiritual life became more clear.
