About this listen
Only it didn’t. She dropped him at the last minute and turning to drink to drown his disappointment he blunders into another young woman and knocks her off her feet only by this stage he is too drunk to know what he has done. This single misadventure starts a chain of events that take him completely out of his depth, surviving one disaster after another but only with the help of a streetwise lad who has his own agenda. Harassed by an irate girl friend, wanted by the police, chased by violent criminals, it turns out to be the worst holiday he has ever had in his life. And the best.

“My God, you’re a virgin!” she exclaimed with sudden animation. “That’s absolutely wonderful; I’ve never had a virgin before. Boy, this is going to be great for both of us! My God, I can’t wait!”
She grabbed hold of him and he lost his balance, falling forward on top of her as she flung herself back on the waiting sofa. Her hands were instantly pulling at his trousers when they both heard the sound of the door opening on the far side of the room. They both froze as the door opened a short way and they heard a man’s voice. “It’s ok,” he said, “there’s nobody here; we won’t be disturbed.”
“Are you sure?” a girl’s voice answered dubiously.
“My God, it’s my brother-in-law!” Flora hissed in a horse whisper.
