It's OK . . . Love yourself First
Boucher's book is a bright light that helps to guide women to start fresh and move a life that is changed to one of kindness and smart advice.
As a Male reader, I can only assume from the book that it is like having a friend every girl wishes she had by making even the tough parts of learning about yourself fun and easy.
This book offers helpful tips for dealing with life's challenges, like, stopping negative thoughts allowing yourself to be ok by rewarding yourself with kindness, guilt-free.
From Boucher's perspective, who has gone through these challenges herself, she provides a supportive and friendly approach to explaining how understanding yourself can positively impact your life.
