No longer a sickly human, Nathanial Thatcher is a spry, winged sprite in the midst of blooming his colors. He's had to fight every step of the way for the right to choose his own path in life , beginning with the battle over his 10 year wish and his struggle to save dearest Aliya. But the fight isn't over yet.

The fallen queen of the sprites is about to be voted in as Head Councilor, and she wants Nathanial in her control. The magical battle blade that he wields is too good a weapon to pass up. If only adults like Boss would let him help stop this disaster, but even Nathanial's friends think this problem is too big for teenagers to interfere with. Now, he must prove to them how imperative it is for all to act.

With Aliya by his side and the raven Sidian training as his companion, Nathanial sets out to defeat the queen. But when an unexpected device appears in their sanctuary, Nathanial will find his enemies greatest weapon is not the sword.

Does it have to be over?!?

Oh this book series has been wonderful. I am sad it’s over. The author has such an fun and exciting way of telling the story…and the narrator is fantastic! Bringing all the characters to life! I am definitely gonna be keeping an eye and ear out for new writings by TC Chappell!
