The audiobook was well performed, and the content was very well rounded about obtaining, and more importantly, maintaining your happiness. The author provided many suggestions and backed them up both with data and stories. My favorite story was about the blind men feeling an elephant for the first time, and then trying to describe it to each other. I've actually told this story to a co-worker already today.

I enjoyed the end of chapter exercises, but once or twice I wish I could have gone right into the next chapter. I recommend this audiobook for anyone who feels the need for a little extra motivation or push to get through the day.

This is an excellent book. It has everything you need: researched findings, journal prompts and very relatable anecdotes about the author and people he has met on his search for happiness. The book is well written and enjoyable to read. If you want more joy in your daily life then this book will help you create it for yourself.

In my former life I worked with dozens of motivational speakers.
This ONE audiobook covers the subject of achieving happiness and well-being better than a hundred seminars.
I really enjoyed hearing the author's true-life journey to find happiness and well-being.
He spent all the time and money doing the research for me. He went to college for several years for me as it were.
I get the benefit without having to experience all the trials and errors. (And misguided professors.)
I am now doing a morning routine which includes expressing gratitude for my good fortune (blessings) and will start to apply many other techniques to generate my own happiness. Which sounds selfish, but I believe it will spread.
So spread the love!
