The message speaks volumes about happiness

The audiobook was well performed, and the content was very well rounded about obtaining, and more importantly, maintaining your happiness. The author provided many suggestions and backed them up both with data and stories. My favorite story was about the blind men feeling an elephant for the first time, and then trying to describe it to each other. I've actually told this story to a co-worker already today.

I enjoyed the end of chapter exercises, but once or twice I wish I could have gone right into the next chapter. I recommend this audiobook for anyone who feels the need for a little extra motivation or push to get through the day.

Great tips to change your perspective

I like how this book was written based on both research and first hand experience. It includes great advice on how to make active choices to change your perspective to find happiness. The narrator was also pleasant and easy to listen to.

A good reminder of what it means to seek happiness

A lot of this stuff can sound over repeated or even obvious, but sometimes we need that reminder especially in this world we live in. This was a gulp of fresh air not only for that reason but also the writing style and personality that came with it. It was really well done and was nice to slip into

Outstanding

This is an excellent book. It has everything you need: researched findings, journal prompts and very relatable anecdotes about the author and people he has met on his search for happiness. The book is well written and enjoyable to read. If you want more joy in your daily life then this book will help you create it for yourself.

A good listen

This audiobook has some good anacdotes and reminders about positivity and well-being and the best mindset for living well. I'm not sure that there was anything new I heard that I haven't heard before, but it was well-narrated and a good reminder.
