Caleb Petersen has obviously worked hard to compile such a massive collection of information that takes the brave and bold step toward working on oneself in a way that is not just good for you, but has positive effects for literally everyone around you. This book will enlighten listeners to the fact that when we exhibit toxic behaviors and traits, what we are really doing is expressing something that was triggered within us–a deep pain that is wanting to be brought the to surface, examined, felt, processed, and then, finally, transcended. And it’s this kind of sequence that this title endeavors to bring about in listeners who truly do want to change.
