Great book! Finally there is a roadmap of what I can do to feel better, I did the online videos as well and have been following the program for 4 weeks.
I feel so much better already. Figures out from the book that I have bicep tendinitis. I see the light at the end of the tunnel after 4 years of pain with on and off weight training and trying all kinds of different modalities to feel better, yoga, chiropractic, physical theraphy, osteopathic, non inflammatory diet…the list goes on. Glad to finally have a tool that works!

Short version. This book is an autobiography/resume/advertisement.
If you are wanting to learn what stretches to do, this book will not teach you that. It will teach you that you can buy his online training for 100s of dollars. A lot of the book is him reading reviews of what he has done for people. The book is very repetitive and is all over the place. More reviews of his classes. What he has done for people. How stretching should be done. More reviews from people. Oh, here’s what I have accomplished in my athletic career. More reviews. You will not learn much from this book. Oh yeah, you can buy my online training program. Here’s some more reviews for it.
