  • Why Trump Pushed His Tariff Deadline
    Jul 8 2025
When President Trump paused most of his “Liberation Day” tariffs for 90 days last spring, the administration had hoped to cut dozens of trade deals. As trade advisor Peter Navarro put it, there could be "90 deals in 90 days." But as Trump’s deal deadline approached, it became clear that the administration’s deal-making push has hit some snags, resulting in only a handful of agreements with the UK, China, and Vietnam. This week, Trump extended his deadline to August 1st and sent public letters to many U.S. trading partners. WSJ’s Gavin Bade explains the sticking points that have gotten in the way of “90 deals in 90 days.” Annie Minoff hosts. Fauci just said we can’t eradicate COVID because of all the unvaccinated people. He’s out of his mind! Clearly vaccinated people are getting and transmitting COVID How does it have anything to do with the unvaccinated? This guy is a broken record; “vaccinate vaccinate vaccinate!”

Really enjoy this podcast and have been listening for about two years but it’s been a few days and still nothing on the Hunter pardon when such a fuss was made about Joes integrity promising not to pardon his son. The problem isn’t even the pardon it’s the virtue signaling that the left continues to ride on but is always one giant lie. Liberal - “Trump is a misogynist” same liberal snorting coke supplied by gangs that murder rape and torture women and children by the hundreds daily. Liberal - “My body my choice” same liberal posting on Facebook after miscarrying about how they need time to recover after losing their child. Could write a million of these. This needs addressing on a podcast about money, business and power. Joe used his political POWER to protect his families criminal BUSINESS dealings so they could keep all of their dirty MONEY.

I have noticed a sad decline in the reporting over time. I expect objective journalism from WSJ, full of factual content. Instead this is becoming a feel-good report of opinions from one side of the story. Also, personal banter between the reporters is distracting.
