One of my favorite book

This book is a great way to learn about ketogenic diet. I learned that when the body is in a ketogenic state, the body will start breaking down its own body to fuel the body's normal everyday functions. Nice!

Effective and Efficient

All the guide and details in the book are effective and it helped me to lose weight. It is efficient as well, I can see the changes of my weight a week after I followed the guidelines.

Just what I needed

I have been doing a keto diet off and on for the past few years for my health issue. I was surprised that I can also combine it with intermittent fasting and will still give me a good result both for my health and losing weight. I feel best on this diet!

Very Helpful

Combining intermittent fasting and a keto diet program helps to maximize the benefits. As long as we hit our macros which is low carb, we will achieve ketosis. I feel positive right I finished the book.

Easy To Understand

I have been doing keto for 8 months now, and I learned so much. What makes the ketogenic diet such an effective method of weight loss is because you are switching your body from burning carbs to burning fat. Putting your body in this state turns your body into a fat burning machine.
