Great road trip family listening

An excellent story for family listening (10 to 13 yrs). An exciting adventure mystery that unfolds gradually but is packed full of twists and action.

Best Audiobook so far!

Even though I haven't listened to a lot of audiobooks up until now - this is definitely the best that I've heard so far; I really enjoyed this one! I loved the humor, the affectations that were used as well as the way the story was told. Out of the characters, Manchee was my favourite - he was classic; though Todd Hewitt is a very close second - there were times where he seemed a bit proud. Another character I really liked is Ben.
Other characters I enjoyed was Hildy and Tam - how they called all their company 'pup', and some of the other animals there were amusing as well. I also liked how the 'noise' was illustrated, and the narrator is probably one of my favourites that I've listened to.
If you want a humorous story with very interesting narration, definitely pick this one up.

Really, really good!

What did you love best about The Knife of Never Letting Go?

It's just an absolutely fantastic story, really poignant and moving, with a fast paced story line, that makes you want more. Great depth of character too, very believeable, as they have very real hopes and faults, and I found myself loving them nevertheless.

Any additional comments?

Humphrey Bower was an absolutely fantastic reader, he really brought the characters alive, and I think I wouldn't have liked the story quite so much if i had just read the book.

My toughest listen

I just couldn't stand it. Slow repeating Todd Hewitt BS over and over and over
