The Lady of the Lake: Booktrack Edition adds an immersive musical soundtrack to your audiobook listening experience! *
Trapped in a world ruled by the Elves, separated from Geralt and her destiny, Ciri will need all her training as a fighter and sorceress to survive in the fifth novel of the Witcher, Andrzej Sapkowski’s groundbreaking epic fantasy series that inspired the hit Netflix show and the blockbuster video games.
After walking through the portal in the Tower of Swallows and narrowly escaping death, Ciri finds herself in a completely different world. . . an Elven world. Time does not seem to exist and there are no obvious borders or portals to cross back into her home world. She is trapped.
But this is the child of prophecy, and she will not be defeated. She knows she must escape to finally rejoin the Witcher and his companions—and also to conquer her worst nightmare. Leo Bonhart, the man who chased, wounded, and tortured Ciri, is still on her trail. And the world is still at war.

*Booktrack is an immersive format that pairs traditional audiobook narration to complementary music. The tempo and rhythm of the score are in perfect harmony with the action and characters throughout the audiobook. Gently playing in the background, the music never overpowers or distracts from the narration, so listeners can enjoy every minute. Critic reviews
"The Lady of the Lake is, without any doubt, the best and most profound fantasy novel I have ever read. It is hard to put down, yet also a challenging and deeply rewarding book. And it is genuinely moving. I have never read a fantasy series like this, and suspect I never will again."—Nerds of a Feather
"The Witcher delivers one of the most intense and rewarding role-playing experiences this year."—GT Reviews on The Witcher video game

Epic conclusion

Ciri’s journey takes the spotlight as she faces huge challenges across magical and dangerous lands. While still being their story, Geralt & Yennefer take a back seat in favor of Ciri being the primary focus. The book blends fairy tales, legends, and war, creating a story that feels more like myth than typical fantasy.
The booktrack helps to create a beautiful & immersive experience. Whether it be a fight amidst a fiery war or a relaxing stroll through the woods on horseback, the music/sounds accompanying the story never cease to make me feel as if I am right beside the characters in each scene.
It’s not the easiest read, but it’s a bold, emotional, and unforgettable conclusion to a truly unique series.
A Spectacular & Immersive Conclusion
