Feeling full and satisfied!

How many times have we eaten a meal and not have felt satisfied or not full enough?
And sometimes hungry again an hour later. I know I have many times, and it is completely frustrating because in reality we really don't want to eat again and don't know why we still hungry. Well here is the solution in this book. A diet with good and dense nutrients ,to further nourish the body and keep you feeling full for longer hours, is the way to prevent yourself from feeling hungry and perhaps even anxious. This is a great book because it teaches you easy and delicious recipes to keep you feeling great and even happier. Great listening.
