Good book for losing weight

I liked how this book went through ways to use nutrient-dense, low calorie foods to feel full and lose weight. I think that the strategies in this book are solid, and worth reviewing. I really liked the book.

Love the PDF

I have been searching for recipes like this on Instagram for a while, but to get them in one audiobook is even better. Tons of stuff to try. And I love the narrator. Cant' wait to get cooking!!
