And sometimes hungry again an hour later. I know I have many times, and it is completely frustrating because in reality we really don't want to eat again and don't know why we still hungry. Well here is the solution in this book. I really loved this audiobook. It is full of so much great advice on how to incorporate nutrient-dense foods into my diet. Unlike a lot of diet info out there on this subject, this audiobook does not promote a super restricted diet, instead, it provides a realistic and sustainable way to reach weight goals while nourishing the body. I found this audiobook to be a really refreshing take on diet and nutrition, with the author offering practical solutions that make achieving your goals easier and more enjoyable!
