About this listen

We thought we were alone. Oblivious to the fact that we weren't. We were easy pickings. Unprepared mentally and technically to survive.

Andromeda's first mission was to find the Starship Hawk, which had been commissioned in 2290 and sent to Procyon in Canis Major. But had disappeared under mysterious circumstances and was feared lost.
Afterward, Andromeda would attempt to locate the nuclear-pulse-powered settler Starship, Acarea, launched almost two hundred years earlier.

However, things don't start well. A Space transport ship piloted by Captain Frank Richardson en route to Mar's Docks experiences alien interference.
Then a violent clash with Earth's banned Space Navy, who attempt to take over Andromeda during her acceptance trials, leaves humanity's first real starship in danger.
This Prequel starts the series off with a bang. And provides an exciting, informative, and action-packed lead into the saga. With tantalizing references to future points as it leads you into Book 1.

My SpaceFed StarShip Saga is one continuous story over 12 books. It includes additional color inserts designed to improve the reader's experience. It brings together elements of science fiction that captivate and ignite the imagination.
You can find the audio version of this book on Amazon.com or Audible.com.

We all agree with the author and thought this Prequel was a great read and 'did' start the series with a bang.
It was an exciting, informative, and action-packed lead into the saga's Book 1, with thought-provoking references to future points in Book 9 and the new Martian Secret.
Hawk's loss and how Frank gets his captaincy of Andromeda are believable and realistic. The gripping action between the Navy, Aliens, and bad luck makes this a must-read book. 5 out of 5.www.sfbookreviewers.com.
