For anyone with an autoimmune or chronic disorder
I first found Dr D’Eramo’s work via her EFT videos on youtube. I have been doing her her heart meditation and affirmations she included with audiobook and I already feeling very positive about my healing. Love her energy and enthusiastic personality.

The Mindbody toolkit!
I discovered Dr Kim's work through Kyle's AEP and I have read the ebook before and it is very powerful, But i find the audiobook more transformative because she reads it with such conviction that our bodies feel the information and our nervous system rewires itself just by listening and receiving the transmission!
100% worth the investiment.

Short on usable content
Although Kim reads every sentence VERY enthusiastically, as if each and every line is bold or italics, I found the content to be very short on clear useable instruction on exactly HOW to accomplish the goals put forward. Although the phrase has been around for years now, I still have no idea what "raise your vibration" means, and even less on how to actually make it happen. When people are very, very ill, playing the "'As-if' Game" and telling yourself how much you love yourself, hardly seems like a sound strategy for real change. The strategies seemed overly simplistic.
