AI narration is a horrible idea
The stories were good with bits that I didn’t know. The AI narration was absolutely cringeworthy. Racism is a theme in some of the stories including that of Roberto Clemente. When the voice repeatedly say Clement leaving off the pronounced e, someone should have noticed that!! At one point it said Robert Clement. Just took away his ethnicity!!
Roger Maris was pronounced Marries, Honus Vagner!! Offense was pronounced as in offensive. The whole thing made me cringe so many more times. Listened because I was interested in the stories & I appreciate giving those stars their due.
Didn’t anyone at the publishers listen before making it available???
