SyncSouls developed an "OM-Session active" with guidance and exercise in which you can find your own transcendental sacred sound and synchronize with the universe. With your Om, you internalize your own Mantra, e. g. a positive statement, a condition or a core statement you stand by (certainly also a mantric line of Sanskrit). With active participation you will reach a higher vibration level and after 20 minutes, you will attain deep relaxation. Your soul purifies and gets calmness and you internalized your good resolution. Buddhist monks use their voice and thus their hearing for a deep relaxation. This can easily last hours, but it doesn't have to. With us it will be 20 minutes.
Our OM-Session is composed around the annual tone (OM-tone 136,1 HZ with concert pitch 432,1 Hz) and vibrates at the frequency of the tone of the earth. This oscillation has a pleasantly calming effect on the whole body - in the medical sense sedative. The second part contains the 20 minute OM-Session without guidance, so only consists of music, sounds and chants for advanced users. Perhaps it works especially well for someone like me with AADD. It keeps me focused and the OM's coming thru the headset by the other participants gives you a sense of oneness that is very comforting. Instead of dreading the daily battle that my challenged brain goes thru to stay centered, The OM and your Mantra has become my go to that I'm excited to do each and every morning. I've finally found a meditation that works and I'm extremely grateful.
In addition, you have two separate sessions one with the narrator (Colin Griffths-Brown) who has a fabulous speaking voice giving you guidance - and I so appreciated that. And then you have the other session without direction when you feel ready to fly out on your own (you'll know when that is).
