Publisher's summary

***Re-Release*** ***Standalone*** I want you all to myself I swear… Keldric “Ice” Hemmings wasn’t looking for love. In the right places, the wrong places, at all. Even with his mother breathing down his neck begging for grandbabies, he wasn’t in a rush to settle down. And, until he found a woman like his mother, he was just having fun with the thots, and focused on getting money. That is, until he meets Blaze, a thick, brainy chick, who has her head on straight, and has his mom’s seal of approval. Blaze Cooper was green to the real world. A nerd who’d always kept her nose in the books, she knew men were nothing but a distraction. Even still, she found herself caught up with Keylo, a flashy dope boy who wouldn’t take no for an answer. Keylo who wined and dined Blaze, determined to show her that all dope boys weren’t bad. But, just like the drama she read in the urban fiction novels she was addicted to, her life was soon filled with unnecessary drama because of the man she loved. Keenan “Keylo” Oscar was a dope boy on the come-up. Coming from nothing, he let the money and street fame go to his head. When he met Blaze, he knew he wasn’t ready to be a one-woman man, but wanted her on his team for when he was. Once he was sure he had her, he went back to the lifestyle he loved, knowing she wasn’t going anywhere. Or, so he thought. Shanee Brown was a sucker for love. Her sweet tooth for dope boys always seemed to leave her heartbroken and alone. She was street smart and loyal, and felt like she was the perfect choice to be beside a man on his come-up. She thought she'd found it in Keylo, until he screwed her over and left her heartbroken and behind bars. His Plug, Ice, seemed to be her knight in shining armor, saving her from jailtime. But, nothing that she did seemed to change Ice's claim to want to remain single. He was it for her, but she was just something to do to pass the time for him. She was willing to stop at nothing to prove to him that she was the woman for him. Including getting his new lil' boo thang Blaze out of the way… permanently if need be. When Blaze and Ice start to hit it off, Keylo’s pride is bruised and he bites the hand that feeds him. Gunning for Ice for taking his woman, Keylo decides if he can’t have her, no one can. Even if that means taking her life. Shanee finally has enough of being second pick, and may find herself sleeping with the enemy in order to get her man. But is she ready to go to war with Ice over his precious Blaze? And can she trust Keylo not to leave her out there by herself when things start to heat up? Ice has to decide if Blaze is really “the one” and worth a war in the streets, but when the decision is made for him, he has to bring out his inner-Beast, and hopes she proves to be loyal and stands by his side when it's time to defend the throne he wants to share with her. Blaze finds herself snatched from her safe, boring life, and flung into a real urban love story. Stuck in the middle of two love triangles, the drama could lead to bloodshed, possibly her own.

Storyline

The characters being so dumb on purpose was really annoying. The story is great but less filler sentences & less dumb actions would’ve helped

Virtual Voice is horrible!

It’s very hard to follow the story line with the monotone of virtual voice. Just horrible!
