posture up
Good posture is important and so is eye contact. What i learn from this book is don't act like a bum if you want to show off your successful body language. Body language I believe they say is 90% of communication so learning good body language is just as important as verbal communication if not more.

Small Changes can make a big Difference
It's fascinating how much body language has an impact on our interactions without us even realizing it. I didn't think they would have such a big impact on how poeple perceive me at work, but I just made some small changes to how I sit in meetings and things and I feel like people are responding to my ideas and feedback differently already. The concept of mirroring and building rapport by just copying the way someone you're talking to is sitting is mindblowing. This book is awesome.

A game-changer for business communication
I liked most was how deeply it broke down the subtle cues we often overlook, and how much influence they have in everything from meetings to negotiations. The sections on posture, eye contact, and cultural differences were incredibly insightful and applicable to real-world business scenarios. I also appreciated the inclusion of virtual communication techniques, which is crucial in today’s work environment. I would highly recommend it to business professionals, team leaders, HR managers, and anyone who works in multicultural or client-facing roles.

Want to improve
This book has helped me see how important body language is. Hit showed me how the smallest things like posture can effect how people see you. I like how it gives you simple tips to improve even on zoom calls. It also helped me to understand what other peoples body language might mean. It was very insightful.

Clear and Practical
This book delivered what it said it would. It provided a clear and practical perspective on the subtleties of body language and its interpretations, particularly in business when decisive decisions are made based often primarily on how an individual behaves, rather than what they actually say. A very useful and valuable read.

A must-read
This audiobook is great! I use plenty of gestures and I normally don't realize the impact they have in a professional setting. This book gives a lot of insight into body language and the impact non-verbal communication has in sales, leadership and more. The audiobook is super short, but has powerful information so I highly recommend it.
