Powerful strategies
As a parent to 3 young kids I sometimes struggle to keep my cool as consistently as I would like. This audiobook really helped me to self reflect on certain triggers and why I have them, with journal prompt questions. I am trying to implement the mindfulness exercises too. So much of parenting our kids brings up our own triggers and emotional dysregulation, and this book really helped me to see that and offer a more mindful way to parent.
