It Can Be Hard to Forgive

I personally had struggled with forgiveness my whole life, but it is truly the answer to be able to move forward. I really like how the author included personal stories in this listen as I felt like several of them were relatable to me and my situation. I always had a difficult relationship with my parents and I am doing the recommended steps to move forward. The book does give great advice on how to manage your emotions and heal those past wounds. I am still working on my journey, and this book has been a great guide.
