I really like Sage’s approach to using herbal remedies and natural medicine. For her, clearly these are not solely for treating illnesses and conditions but rather to foster well-being. Her chapter on the future of natural medicine raises some interesting points and I want to trust that we as a society are smart enough to follow through.
