What is a Real Estate Asset Manager's digital tool

For many years I have worked in Private Equity as a Real Estate Asset Manager but about one year ago I began to work as a Real Estate Asset Management Consultant focusing on PropTech solutions. The question above is one that I have gotten quite often from conventional real estate asset managers. People I am speaking with tell me that there is no overview of real estate asset management and technological solutions. However, this book introduces the whole world of PropTech and all relevant real estate asset management, property management and facility management solutions. Even, with a good deal of real estate knowledge this book is an ideal addition to gain a competitive edge within real estate asset management. However, for many without the real estate asset management background this is a must read as the world of real estate asset management is changing with new digital solutions.

Great book for REAL ESTATE INVESTING

I was looking for a way to improve my real estate investing skills, as real estate investing is one of the most important strategies for a real estate asset management firm and a real estate asset manager. You make the money, when you are doing the real estate investment and not necessary when you are selling the real estate asset. While having worked for CBRE Global Investors and Tristan Capital Partners and invested in Europe and completed real estate investment Germany, I can consider myself as a global investor. We have reached a point, where standard ways of real estate asset management and real estate investment management are not providing any value add. Hence, this book comes very handy, where you are able to use technology to improve your real estate investing and real estate asset management strategies to make it faster, cost-efficient and more reliable.

This book is very helpful for institutional investors, family offices and all others who are focusing on real estate investing. Investors could use the solutions to do the real estate asset management by themselves or hire a real estate asset management firm, which knows the technology focused techniques, strategies and solutions like the real estate asset management company of the author, which is called PropTech Asset Management. It is interesting to see that the author is not only writing or speaking about those solutions, instead applying his knowledge as a real estate asset manager in his own real estate asset management firm.
