About this listen

I’m the last of the original crew still working at the pub.

Bridget met a guy online and moved to Australia, James got fired, Ivy had a kid, Zara went to work for her dad in Miami, and now Lauren is leaving too. I’m the only one left.

With no prospects and no opportunities.

Until out of the blue, I get one.

I had long given up my career as a real estate agent. It was over before it even started. But now, someone found one of my old business cards and they need help finding a house. Not a house. A mansion. And it’s not some random guy. It’s hockey superstar, Austin Gambill.

I can’t screw this up. I have to be professional. Even if all I want to do is pull my only client into every walk-in closet we pass and find out if those lips are as soft as they look. I have to be on my best behavior. But my hot superstar client is making that damn near impossible.

Location, location, location. On the floor, in the kitchen, in the pool. He is certainly a motivated buyer. Motivated to close on a house and close on me. I’m going to find him his dream home. But will his dream involve me?

Austin found his dream house, but he also found the perfect girl to make it into a home. Will the hockey rookie score or miss wildly?

Book Four in The San Antonio Hyenas series. Hockey romance. No cheating, SAFE, and a super sweet HEA always guaranteed.

Fantastic book!

I enjoyed this audiobook so much. The dual POV and two narrators make the listening experience great. Norah is trying to find her way in life but is having difficulty doing so. She got her realtor's license, but nothing happened there. That's until Austin, one of the San Antonio Hyenas hockey players, finds one of her business cards in a taxi. This is an excellent book with low drama and plenty of spice.

Cute instalove romance

This was a cute instalove romance. It was a fast paced, over the top instalove story. The storyline was simple but entertaining. Norah and Austin had instant chemistry and I liked their story.

Audiobook review: I liked the way the two narrators tackled the story, they had a good pace and were very consistent. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook.

Loved It

'He pulls out my card and shows it to me.
Someone drew a moustache and big eyebrows on my face!
I shake my head as I look back up at him. “This was before my makeover.”
He laughs and smiles at me. “This is definitely an improvement.”
There go my cheeks blushing again. “Well, thanks for calling even though I looked like a Muppet.”

I'd read this book last year and loved it (original ebook review below). So when I saw it was on audiobook, I was so excited to listen to it! I'd loved both Austin and Norah- both their personalities and chemistry. Noel Harrison and Tor Thom are my go-to for alphas or mountain men- or just instantly lovestruck males. So I loved Noel here. I also loved Vivienne LaRue's work on the heroine, and thought both narrators perfectly suited to this book.

Ebook Review 5/12/2024-

I really enjoyed this book. It was a fun, quick insta-love romance. I loved both Austin and Norah. They had an immediate connection and I like how their meeting seemed to align just right. They were really sweet together. It was also great to see more of Harris/Flamethrower- whom I loved in the last book. Really enjoying this series so far! 5 stars.

Austin and Norah

Story: Rookie hockey player Austin (H) is determined to make his mark with the San Antonio Hyenas, especially alongside his hero, Harris, who initially dislikes him. Struggling under the weight of expectations and a glamorous but empty lifestyle, Austin's chooses to practice over partying, gaining valuable advice from Harris. Bartender Norah (h) aspires to be a realtor, finally catching a break when Austin, seeking a house, becomes her first real client. As they work together looking for his dream home, think wildlife in various forms, Austin quickly realizes he's found his dream girl in Norah who is nothing like the superficial women he's encountered since becoming a hockey pro. Hot and steamy hockey quickie romance with lots of laughs along the way – parrots, partying teens, hockey posters, mad bottle opening skills, and more – as Norah and Austin find the one they’ve been waiting for. Love seeing Harris and some of the other team members too.

Audio: The narrators did a really great job with taking this story from the written page to an entertaining audio version. The audiobook uses a male narrator and a female narrator – I always appreciate when an author goes for the additional costs of having two narrators in a duet style. Narrators Noel Harrison and Vivienne LaRue both do a great job with the tone and voice that they bring to Austin, Norah, and other characters. The audio quality is good and there were no issues.

Great sweet instalove as usual from Olivia…

This was a very sweet dual-virgin instalove. Comes with Olivia’s usual awesome steamy scenes. Well written, no angst. The narrators were new to me. I definitely enjoyed the dual narrators. The female narrator was great, with an awesome tone and cadence, you really could feel the personality of Nora (the FMC) which is sweet and sassy. The male narrator wasn’t my favorite but not my least fav either. I liked his voice and the way he did the growly steamy parts was good but otherwise his words were too clipped and abruptly delivered, it didn’t sound smooth, I’m not sure if that was intentional (his interpretation of Austins personality, or his attempt not to mumble) but it ultimately made it sound (to my ears) like Austin was either uptight or irritated or something which he wasn’t at all.

Great book

Austin and Norah were sweet yet steam. I enjoyed the insta-connection and chemistry between these two. I did feel as though there was some filler situations but overall, a really good book. I am looking forward to more from OTT soon. Noel Harrison and Vivienne LaRue did a wonderful job with bring this book to life.

OTT is excellent

First off, I loved this book and thought the narration was excellent. The book was perfectly paced and the narrator voices were easy to understand and very expressive.

MMC/FMC- Austin and Norah
Genre- Erotic Romance
Sub Genre- Sports Romance (hockey)
Heat- 5/5 It’s all about Location, Location, Location….
Series? Y
Safety? Y
Triggers- explicit erotic content, random parrot dive bombing
Tropes- Instalove, Double V Cards, Rookie
What I liked- You always get Hot and Safe with OTT. I thought the real estate agent/client angle was both original and clever. And, of course, gotta love the Instalove.

Brilliant narration from Noel Harrison and Vivienne LaRue.

When his hero Harris know as the Veteran, gives him advise Austin starts to listen. He needs to settle down, he needs to find a home first. In walks Norah, his sexy relator. These two are flirty, and sexy together.

We have chemistry, love at first meeting, humour and heat.

Norah and Austin

This is such a fun series, and I love that the books end with an HEA. In this book, both main characters were virgins and there was no cheating or other drama. This made it a really fun book for me! Also, I found both characters very likeable. I am enjoying this series and I love Ms. Turner's writing style. I have listened to many of her books and can say that they are all great! Noel Harrison and Vivienne LaRue did a great job in bringing the story to life.
