I enjoyed it but I can’t rate it five stars as it doesn’t hold up to the same Level as other stories I’ve given 5’s to (in my opinion). That being said m, the narrator did a wonderful job delivering the medium. So shields protect it this one doesn’t...? Basically what we have here is a VR program and gear to use it that society is falling into an addiction with. There are inherit dangers as well that our MC’s family
Finds out about the hard way. The units are called shields. Not sure why? The story and premise are good and it’s well Worth checking out. The name and its Lack of explanation for it as a name (when the summary of the book is based on shields) left me feeling a bit disjointed. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator or publisher

Sure , it was a freebie, but that is about it was worth. Samo does a good job bringing a poorly crafted story to life. Short, and not sweet. Not recommended.

Not for me
