The Secret AT Sunset Hill

One of the best story I've listen to. The narrator was excellent. The story was excellent and really held OUR interest till the very end. I give it a five star review.

A great cozy mystery!

I love cozy mysteries and this one is just delightful! Featuring a spunky young female newspaper reporter, the story starts out as a series of thefts at a friend's debutante party but then turns into a spy thriller. Set just after the end of World War II, the listener is treated to the same clues as young Katie Porter, the main character, letting us try and solve the mystery along with her. The narrator is excellent and kept me hanging on every word! A great way to spend the time driving back and forth to work!

A classic mystery!

This book is set in the perfect time period for Katie Porter. I fell like I was stepping into an Agatha Christie novel. Although I loved the story, the narration was blah and did not do the story justice. I recommend picking up the book or kindle for a better experience.

3 and a half

The Secret of Sunset Hill is ok but the pace is slow. I won't get the next book.

Disappointing

The mystery was obvious; the chronology was contradictory; the characters were vapid, and the narration was plodding.
