A Lovely Listen
This was a truly impactful journey to follow and reflect on for myself. The exercises allowed to ground myself and find a deeper appreciation for the person I am and who I am growing into. Mindset Matters
This audiobook is incredibly useful. I'd love for my husband to hear it too, as it offers valuable insights into planning for the future. It's an easy listen, with the author outlining seven steps to radically change your life. Reevaluate everything.
I am so pleased by the journal for men and discovered several things in the audible book that i can really use right now .I like all of the chapters and the easy step by step blueprint on how to get started on becoming a better and happier person.I also find myself able to get closure on some failures and get back into living a decent life.

Motivational Read!
I really enjoyed this book. It was inspirational, motivating, and encouraging. I think many get bogged down with their day to day and fail to step back and think about the "big picture". Don't Be Paralyzed By Overthinking
I'm a big procrastinator and need an accountability partner. This audiobook is the accountability partner I need to keep myself motivated. It covers setting meaningful goals, having a growth mindset, overcoming procrastination and perfrectionism, building resilience and mental toughness, surrounding yourself with supportive relationships, and embracing lifelong learning. My favorite part was the section about analysis paralysis. I tend to overthink things and when I do, I put things off because I need it to be perfect. In the audiobook, the author offers tips to overcome analysis paralysis by accepting imperfections, learning from my mistakes, and encourages progress over perfection. I'll refer to this audiobook whenever I need a little push to get things done. It even comes with a PDF for reference.
